Sponsorship Request Sponsorship Request Form GENERAL GUIDELINESAll requests for sponsorship are reviewed and voted on at the Chancellor’s Committee on Status of Women (CCSW) meeting. Meetings are held once a month so please consider that when submitting your request. The CCSW has a limited amount of funds to sponsor or co-sponsor activities. Thus the maximum amount that may be requested is $150.
