Conquering Conflict: Managing Conflict at Work or Homeflyer - ccsw Jan 2017

Successfully managing a conflict starts with understanding how you react in these tense situations.  Workshop participants will be introduced to Five Styles of Conflict Resolution, learn how to stay in control during a conflict, and gain communication tools and insight to successfully navigate conflict.

Who can attend:
This event is open to everyone!  UIC students, staff, and members of the the Chicago community are welcome. Feel free to bring your lunch, no refreshments provided.
